Thursday videos: algos, advisers and aspergers

In another edition of our quest to bring you interesting content wherever we find it today we have a trio of videos worth checking out.

The first comes to us via Paul Kedrosky and is a TED Talk with Kevin Slavin on just how much algorithms shape our lives.

The second video is of two our favorite bloggers Josh Brown and Felix Salmon at Reuters talking about what financial advisors actually do.

The last video (via market folly) is an appearance of noted investor Michael Burry on Bloomberg Risk Takers. Here is an earlier post we wrote on Burry and the role personality plays in investment success.
